Douglas Motorsport Team Principal Wayne Douglas attended one
of the most highly anticipated racecar launches of 2013 at Autosport
International. MSV Boss Jonathan Palmer pulled the covers off the brand new
Formula 4 where it was unveiled in front of the championship’s fourteen teams
amongst other invited guests.
With a striking championship themed colour scheme, the
Formula 4 certainly rewarded those who got behind the championship from the
early stages, not least Wayne himself who commented, “the car looks very
impressive and the specification and technology used is very good for the price.
We’re now looking forward to getting our hands on it and already have our
testing schedule all mapped out.”
Rockingham based Douglas Motorsport are
due to take delivery of their brace of Formula 4 machines in early March, just
in time to begin an intensive test programme before the season kicks off at
Silverstone GP Circuit on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th
April.
