Ginetta Cars held their annual gala awards night at the
Birmingham Hilton Hotel on Friday 11th January. Hosted by Chairman
Lawrence Tomlinson, all of the season’s winners were in attendance to collect

With the Ginetta Junior Championship now well under way having resumed after the summer break at Snetterton some two weeks previous, teams and drivers made the long trip to Scotland’s Knockhill Race Track for rounds 13 and 14 of the championship. Coming from a double podium finish in Snetterton, Douglas Motorsport driver Niall Murray now knew that more of the same was required including a race win to keep his championship challenge alive, but more importantly move into the series lead.
The 2012 Ginetta Junior Championship resumed after a seven week summer break at the Snetterton 300 circuit in Norfolk. Murray and his Douglas Motorsport team were keen to get back on track after the lengthy break and started their preparations for the weekend with some pre-event testing on the Wednesday before the event.

Douglas Motorsport's Niall Murray continued his strong form from Brands Hatch and scored another fantastic victory at round 3 of the Ginetta Junior UK series at Donington.
